Section 11.0 - Company Commitment
Rare Element Resources is committed to operating at the highest standards to protect the health and
safety of its workers, the public, and the environment. Therefore, the Bull Hill Mine employees will
develop and maintain the ERRCP in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards to ensure a
timely and appropriate response to emergencies.
The ERRCP was developed to provide specific emergency response guidelines for employees and
managers of Rare Element Resources. The plan also identifies who will be responsible for plan
implementation and the required records and reporting procedures to ensure safe operations at the site.
